We as a society cannot live as we have in the past, treating energy and the environment as afterthoughts. This push for responsible building has people seeking out innovative designs to create healthier environments both in and out of doors. SageOne Construction, LLC possesses extensive knowledge in green building procedures and products offering customers different levels and types of energy efficient and sustainable building materials.

SageOne Construction, LLC is a partner with SIPA (Structural Insulated Panel Association), Insulspan, and Energy Star. We are members of the Dayton Home Builder's Association and are working to obtain our LEED certification. LEED promotes a whole-building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.
